Physician's forms attached

No portal to learn, no password to reset. Open the link, read the packet, respond. When you are ready for more, a full facility login is coming.
A response window that works both ways
Every application asks for an answer within 72 business hours. Families stop waiting in the dark, and you stop getting chased for updates.
Accept, decline, or ask
Three buttons. Accept opens the tour and move-in workflow. Decline tells the family kindly and moves them on. Ask for more information and get it back the same day.
Staged disclosure
Financial statements, Social Security numbers, and account details never ride along with the first application. They go to one community, after a bed is offered, on request.

Open the link, read the packet, download the physician's forms, and answer with one click. Your response goes straight to the family and their advisor.

Tours, offers, and move-in happen in the open
Once you accept, the tour gets scheduled in the family's calendar, the financial packet follows on request, and everyone sees the same next step.

CarePair is in a private beta with facilities in Erie and Niagara counties. There is no charge to receive applications, respond, or work with Cardinal Care Advisors during the beta. Placement fees, where they apply, work the way they always have, and never on a government-funded resident.
